The process of making agreement with the management / franchise companies includes following steps:
Creating a short list of domestic and foreign operators or franchise companies that are being targeted for management of the hotel and deciding on contract models.
Collecting proposals that conform to international norms with regard to management and franchising and receiving letters of intent.
Signing a final agreement with a hotel group at the conclusion of the discussions and negotiations regarding contract models upon confirmation of investor.
Coordination and guidance on legal procedures and arrangements that will conclude the agreement in conjunction with the investor’s legal council.
