The GNC HOSPITALTY S&M team upon being commissioned for a project will first do basic research on your property during which it will then spend 3 to 4 working days on property/hotel with your S&M Leadership team and GM.
Post this audit we will, along with your management team present the areas of opportunity for growth in
revenue for the hotel.
